We're teaming up with Midtown Yoga Durham for something special!
This is your invitation to leave it all on the mat, Sunday, Dec 7 at 10am.
In Midtown Yoga's signature heated vinyasa class, you'll get lost in the rhythm of your own breath and movement. We'll flow together through a mindfully-designed sequence of postures paired with a curated playlist! Open to all levels of experience!
