We adhere to a strict, 24 hour cancellation policy.  Failure to cancel appointments 24 hours before the start of your session,  will result in a $25 fee for all services other than massage. Late cancellations for massages will be charged in full regardless of membership status or if you have credits in your account. 

 

No shows will result in a charge of the full price for the scheduled service regardless of membership status or if you have credits in your account (see chart below for pricing). 

 

You will be considered a no show 10 minutes after your appointment start time.
