Experience Creator

An Experience Creator supports the store leadership team through the cultivation of a studio environment that is welcoming and relaxing for our customers each time they walk through our doors.

We are searching for someone with a vibrant personality, an efficient nature, natural warmth, and who cares about building a purposeful community of like minded individuals.  Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the studio - greeting customers, providing tutorials & education of our offerings, selling packages & memberships, product knowledge, general interest in wellness & self care, and overall shopkeeping.

REPORTS TO:  Leadership Team

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY:​

  • Currently hiring all shifts with an emphasis on nights and weekends (3pm-7:30pm Tues-Fri; all day Sat/Sun 10-6. This doesn't mean you'll work all these hours)

  • This is not a seasonal position due to certification requirements, must be available at least 12 hrs/ week

HOURS

  • Part time: 12-20hrs/ week

  • Supports environment of authentic customer connection. Builds relationships of trust and provides inspiring, wonder-filled experiences.

  • Acts as an empowered member of our team, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer’s experience

  • Demonstrates extraordinary service for all guests

  • Takes ownership of individual awareness of product knowledge and current wellness influences

 

PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT​

  • Is self-aware, focused on self-development, and is able to take guidance & constructive feedback from all team members. 

  • Collaborates with the team during team transitions

  • Impeccable attention to detail. 

  • Able to work at a fast pace and doesn't need to be micromanaged. 

  • Not afraid of cleaning! You will be doing a lot of laundry (towels!) and cleaning rooms, preparing them for customers.

 

LEADERSHIP

  • Possesses strong verbal communication skills, strong assessment and decision-making skills as once you are trained, you will be manning the shop on your own. 

  • Participates in ongoing staff education and through sharing of product knowledge & self education

  • Able to demonstrate adaptability; positively effecting change and enabling the team to successfully execute our shared vision of helping people reach their fullest potential.

REQUIREMENTS ​​​

  • Able to pick up 50lbs (salt bags are heavy!)

  • Must meet above schedule availability needs 

  • 18 or older with High School Diploma or GED

  • Prior wellness/ spa, and/or retail sales preferred but not required. 

  • An open mind & strong interest in wellness/ self exploration is a must!
